NOLA Property Managers, Inc. was created in January 2013 to purchase the existing contracts of Columbia Property Management, Inc. Columbia had been around since 1986 and its management portfolio included multiple condominium associations, a homeowner’s association, approximately 300 rental units.
June 2013 saw NOLA Property Managers take over the management of Columbia’s portfolio. Even though our company is “young”, our staff has a combined 28 years of experience in property management. Not to mention many more years of superior service skills honed from previous positions within the hotel business. Owing to our belief in strong customer service, Columbia’s 1st client and 1st association are still with NOLA today.
NOLA currently offers its management services throughout New Orleans and surrounding areas, including the metro New Orleans area, Jefferson Parish and Orleans Parish.
